On Dec. 7, the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will elect a new co-rapporteur to replace Mr. Tadeusz Iwi?ski, the incumbent co-rapporteur on Azerbaijan.
The Nov.1 parliamentary election in Azerbaijan will also be discussed at the Monitoring Committee’s meeting on Dec.7.
