Gold reserves of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) stored in the Central Bank will be stored at its own building, SOFAZ spokesman Elnur Babayev said.
“There are some processes such as security of the building, determination of persons to work at the storehouse, involvement of police and etc. These works will take a certain time. However, these works will be completed soon”, Babayev said.
Currently, the gold reserves make 3.3% of SOFAZ portfolio.
