Azerbaijani president leave for France to attend UN conference
Ilham Aliyev, the president of Azerbaijan will visit France in November 29-30.

The main aim of this visit is to attend the 2nd conference of the UN organization.

Aurelia Bouchez, French Ambassador to Azerbaijan spoke about the visit of the president. Additionally, she noted that it will be the 2nd visit of the president in November.

Ilham Aliyev attended the Leaders` Forum of the 38th Session of UNESCO General Conference in November 17.

The president and first lady of Azerbaijan and goodwill ambassador of UNESCO, Mehriban Aliyeva supported Islam.

The president emphasized the terror attacks that Azerbaijan experienced in the past while expressing condolences to the French people on the Paris attacks.

“The photos of more than 500 years old architectural monuments which demolished by Armenian armed forces are available in the internet. However, Azerbaijani government protects the Armenian church in the city center of Baku. This is our approach to multiculturalism and religious tolerance. Terror does not have religion or nation. In this manner, Islam has nothing to do with terrorism” stated Ilham Aliyev.
