Football: Spain`s `El Clasico` set for Saturday
Real Madrid will host Barcelona in La Liga showdown
Spanish football heavyweights Real Madrid and Barcelona will play in La Liga showdown Saturday.

"El Clasico" will be played in Real Madrid`s home ground Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Barcelona`s Argentine star Lionel Messi is still doubtful for the clash as he sustained a major knee injury during a game against Las Palmas on Sept. 26.

Barcelona will rely on their other star forwards, Brazilian Neymar and Uruguayan Luis Suarez unless Messi will be on the pitch against Real Madrid. Neymar scored 11 league goals whilst Suarez tallied 9 in La Liga.

Home team Real Madrid`s biggest ace for the match will be Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese star has scored 8 goals in the league so far.

Barcelona are leading the league with 27 points meanwhile Real Madrid are in second spot with 24 points.

The match will kick off at 6.15 p.m CET (1715 GMT).

Exceptional security measures will be taken before and after the match after on Nov. 13 attacks in Paris that killed 130 people. More than 2,000 security staff including 1,000 police officers will be on guard in and around the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
