According to the change in paragraph 20 of "Regulations of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve Icheri Sheher", when the legal entities and individuals detect historical monuments during rehabilitation, repair and maintenance works (improvement works, lighting, purification, landscaping, except for construction work), they should immediately suspend it and report to the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and its Office.
In this case, the decision to resume restoration and repair works, taking into account the opinions of experts and ANAS, is adopted with the consent of the Office of State Agency for Control over Construction Safety and the work should be resumed under the supervision of the Office.
The envisaged chores, taking into account the opinions of experts, should be renewed with the consent of ANAS and under the supervision of the Office.
