Latvia, Azerbaijan have very good relations
Latvia and Azerbaijan have very good relations at political and economic levels, Yuris Maklakovs, Latvian ambassador to Azerbaijan, said at a press conference in Baku Nov. 25.
The diplomat also stressed good personal relations between the leaders of the two countries, which contribute to the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Latvia in many areas.
"We intend to continue enhancing the cooperation with Azerbaijan," the ambassador said.

According to the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Latvia exceeded $7 million in January-October 2015, of which 6.7 million accounted for the imports of Latvian products.
