Shell, Total, Eni, Lukoil, Sinopec, DNO, Woodside Petroleum, Petronas, GPSC, and a host of other world giants are slated to be present in the conference.
During the conference, to be held in Tehran Summit Conference Hall, Hosseini will brief the audience about a two-year process that went into preparing the contracts. Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh will then introduce the contracts.
The IPCs are designed as to attract especially foreign investors and transfer technology to Iran’s oil industry which has been facing developmental problems under international sanctions.
