The Cabinet of Minister has approved the “Procedure for foreign donors’ acquiring the right to give a grant in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, AzVision.az reports.
The decision was passed in order to ensure the execution of the subparagraph #2.2.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijani Republic dated November 14, 2014 of No. 344 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijani Republic dated October 17, 2014 of No. 1081-IVQD "About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijani Republic”.
