Deputy head of Ministry of Communications office dismissed

Deputy head of Ministry of Communications office dismissed

Deputy head of the office of Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and High Technologies Ilham Mardanov has been dismissed.

Information about him has been removed from the ministry’s website.

Ilham Mardanov is the brother of Azerbaijan’s former education minister Misir Mardanov.

Earlier, head of the office of Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and High Technologies Vidadi Zeynalov was dismissed and Sabail District Court made a decision to arrest him for three months.

Zeynalov is accused of misappropriation and embezzlement of funds in large amount and power abuse.
