Azerbaijan`s representatives becomes member of Int`l Anti-Corruption Academy

Azerbaijan`s representatives becomes member of Int`l Anti-Corruption Academy

Member of Azerbaijani Parliament Vusal Huseynov has been elected a member of Board of Directors of International Anti-Corruption Academy. He was elected as part of the IACA`s fourth session.

Important items on the agenda included elections to IACA’s Board of Governors and fundraising activities for the Academy.

The Assembly began with an address from Heinz Fischer, the Federal President of Austria, and a video message from Jan Eliasson, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations.

Mr. Martin Kreutner, Dean and Executive Secretary of IACA, emphasized that a strong, relentless fight against corruption is essential for realizing the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
