“OSCW MG Co-chair James Warlick could meet with the “so-called” foreign minister of “so-called” Nagorno Karabakh Republic in other place. But, they are granted a visa every time, marathon is organized in the US. This makes Azerbaijan to have certain position against the US”, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration’s foreign relations department said.
According to him, the US, western representatives don’t highlight the international law in connection with the settlement of the conflict: “Of course, But Armenia and the walls behind it are collapsing”.
