Death toll in Russian Voronezh region
At least 23 people died in a psychiatric hospital fire in the Russian southwestern Voronezh region.
The number of victims in a psychiatric hospital fire in the Russian southwestern Voronezh region has climbed to 23, since one more individual has been found dead, a source in the Russian Emergencies Ministry`s regional center said Sunday.

"A body of another victim was found," the source told RIA Novosti.

The cause of the deadly blaze is currently being investigated.

"The fire covered the area of 475 square meters [5,110 square feet], there was a partial collapse of the roof. Two were killed," the source told RIA Novosti. Some 53 people were rescued, another source said.
