Ilham Aliyev expresses condolences to Russian president

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has expressed condolences to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.

"I have been deeply saddened by the news of the loss of lives in a fire at a care home in Voronezh region.

I extend my sincere condolences to you, the families and relatives of the dead, and wish those injured recovery", - said the letter of condolence.
