The road was constructed under the Order of President Aliyev signed last October.
The highway`s construction was funded from the state budget for 2013 and 2014.
The highway itself is more than 32 km in length. The fourth technical degree road is 8 meters in width. There are 28 aqueducts along the road. The highway links 13 residential areas.
The president cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the highway.
