Ansari noted that mutual visits are taking place between the two countries.
“A large Azerbaijani delegation is currently on a visit to Iran. A number of bilateral documents are expected to be signed during their visit,” he said.
According to Ansari, Azerbaijan and Iran are planning to hold joint business seminars and conferences in Tehran and Tabriz. He added that this visit is an indicative of developing relations between the two countries.
Ansari said he believes “bilateral relations, especially economic relations, will go further forward as a result of joint decisions of Azerbaijani and Iranian officials.”
