Azerbaijani President grants personal scholarships to cultural figures

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on granting personal scholarships to cultural figures.

Under the decree, Azizov Ruhulla Najaf, Gasimova Ruhangiz Naghi and Seyidov Tarlan Mir Ashraf have been granted personal scholarships for their merits in the development of the Azerbaijani culture.
