The BSE, as well as auditors, brokerage firms and other professional companies plan to render professional and free consultative services to the companies willing to be financed through the funds borrowed from the capital market as part of the Listing Advisory Program.
The project was presented in April 2014. It has ten partners, namely, brokerage companies Pasa Kapital, Standard Kapital, İnvestAZ and Chealsea Kapital, Azerbaijani offices of audit companies KPMG, Baker & Tilly, PwC and EY, as well as law firms Dentons and Baker & McKenzie.
BSE head Fariz Azizov told Trend earlier that BSE together with the partners of the Listing Advisory Program intends to hold round-table discussions for the representatives of around 50-60 companies during a year, as well as individual consulting work with the companies to examine the potential of advantages of the companies participating in the BSE listing.
The project supported by the Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities is being implemented within the state program for the securities market development in 2011-2020.
