Russia-Turkey tension reduces threat to Armenia
The warm relations between Russia and Turkey may threaten Armenia
According to him, this threat has been reduced slightly against the background of the current tension between Moscow and Ankara.

“In addition, in view of the fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as the position that Baku took after the incident with the downed Russian Su-24 plane, those in Russia who still lobby the arms deals between Moscow and Baku need to reconsider their positions,” said the deputy FM.

Kocharyan said that the deterioration of relations between Russia and Turkey can have an adverse effect and lead to the destabilization of the military and political situation in the region. “Unfortunately, Armenia cannot stand aside from these threats”, he added.
