SOCAR not permitted to conduct oil exploration in Turkey

The General Directorate of Petroleum Affairs of the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has rejected appeals of five companies for conduction of oil exploration in the province of Tekirda?, Resmi Gazete reported.

These companies are "Memba Enerji ve Madencilik", "SOCAR Petrol Arama ve Üretim", "3S Kale Enerji Üretim", "Transatlantic" and "Alpay Enerji”.
