In line with the decree, with respect of the proposals of the Baku International Center of Multiculturalism, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Education, State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations and National Academy of Science, the Cabinet of Ministers is empowered to prepare and submit to the President of Azerbaijan the action plan on announcing 2016 `Year of Multiculturalism` in Azerbaijan.
