Law on punishment for restricting movement on Caspian coast approved

President Ilham Aliyev signed a law on changes to Administrative Offences Code, AzVision.az reports.

The law on punishment of people, restricting movement on Azerbaijani coast of the Caspian sea has come into force.

In accordance with the amendment, without decision of relevant executive power physical persons will be fined of 4.000 AZN, officials 8.000 AZN and legal persons 40.000 AZN for restricting movement to coast.

Besides, physical persons will be fined of 5.000 AZN, officials 10.000 AZN and legal persons 50.000 AZN for committing same crime during a year again.
