Deputy Minister said that all the countries had confirmed their participation in the meeting.
Khalafov added that on the eve of Astana summit, foreign ministers of the Caspian littoral states will hold meetings in the first and second quarters of this year.
Khalafov said that uncoordinated issues on the legal status of the Caspian Sea would be discussed in the meetings.
