2015 state budget executed with AZN 634 mln-deficit - finance ministry
Incomes of 2015 state budget made AZN 17,153,200,000, expenditures
Budget revenues were fulfilled by 88.2% and amounted to AZN 17,153,200,000 while the forecast made AZN 19.438 bln/.

Ministry of Taxes transferred AZN 7,118,200,000 to the state budget overfulfilling the forecast by 100.1%, up AZN 4.5 mln or 0.1% from previous year.

70.5% or AZN 5,018,300,000 of these funds came from non-oil sector, up AZN 711.6 mln or 16.5% in annual comparison.

State Customs Committee transferred AZN 1,591,900,000 overfulfilling forecast by 100.1%, up AZN 81.1 mln or 5.4% from 2014.

AZN 222.6 mln came from paid services of state-funded organizations, up 7.4% or AZN 15.3 mln by contrast to a year earlier.

AZN 90.5 mln came from other receipts while the forecast made AZN 48 mln.

SOFAZ transferred AZN 8,130,000,000 to the state budget.

Budget revenues were executed by AZN 5,086,900,000 in October-December 2015.

Budget expenditures were executed by AZN 17,786,800,000 or 84.3% in 2015, AZN 5,628,400,000 in October-December, 2015. .

AZN 10,361,500,000 or 58.2% of b budget expenditures went to current expenditures, AZN 6,720,900,000 or 37.8% to capital expenditures, AZN 704.4 mln or 4% to public debt and liabilities.

31.9% or AZN 5,665,900,000 of the budget expenditures went to funding social expenditures (wage fund, pensions and social benefits, medicine and food expenses), pu AZN 188 mln or 3.4% from 2014.

In accordance with the functional classification, 35.4% (AZN 31.2 mln) went to transport and communication expenses, 24.4% (AZN 347.6 mln) to the public services, 12.2% (AZN 184.7 mln) to the defense spending, 10.2% (AZN 31.4 mln) to economic activities, 8.5% (AZN 42.9 mln) to agriculture, forestry, fishery, hunting and environmental protection, 6.4% (AZN 42.9 mln) to health expenditures, 3.3% (AZN 51.3 mln) to education expenditures, 0.2% (AZN 2.2 mln) to judicial power, law-enforcement agencies and prosecutor’s offices.

AZN 4,994,400,000 went to government capital investment.

State budget deficit amounted to AZN 633.6 mln and was covered by funding sources.

Revenues of consolidated budget made AZN 18,207,300,000, expenditures – AZN 21,067,100,000.
