Armenian origin Turkish MP votes in favor of Azerbaijan at PACE

At today’s PACE session, Markar Yesayan, a member of Turkey’s delegation to PACE, has voted in favor of the approved report titled “Inhabitants of frontier regions of Azerbaijan are deliberately deprived of water” and the disapproved report titled “Escalation of violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and other occupied territories of Azerbaijan,” AzVision.az reports citing Armenian media.

Note, Markar Yesayan is of Armenian origin and an MP from Istanbul of the ruling Justice and Development Party.

The report titled “Inhabitants of frontier regions of Azerbaijan are deliberately deprived of water" prepared by Milica Markovic was approved with 98 votes in favor and 71 against.
