The plane was to leave Baku at 21:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours) on January 27.
The flight has been canceled due to few passengers, the airport told.
"Ukrainian airlines’ Baku-Aktau flight, scheduled for 1:55 (UTC/GMT +4 hours), will be made in time," the airport said.
Despite the weather conditions, the Heydar Aliyev International Airport is operating as usual.
