Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry and the Republican Military Prosecutor’s Office have signed a joint action plan on strengthening the rule of law and military discipline within the Armed Forces and prevention of crimes in 2016.
The date and location of the execution of the actions to be taken in accordance with the action plan as well as the responsible persons have been determined, the ministry told.
The actions will include increasing the personnel’s legal knowledge during meetings with servicemen of varying categories in military formations, units, and special purpose military education institutions, strengthening discipline and the rule of law, eliminating existing problems.
