Georgia restoring visa-free travel with Iran

Resumption of the visa-free travel was announced during a meeting of the Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Jalagania with Iran’s Ambassador in Tbilisi Abbas Talebifar, the Sputnik Georgia news agency reported Feb. 9.

With the visa-free regime in effect, Iranian citizens will be able to stay in Georgia without applying for a visa for 45 days from the date of their arrival in the country.
