“The Armed Forces have retaken full control of the region. A large number of weapons and ammo stored by the terrorists were seized. The search operations are ongoing in the region,” said the General Staff.
Note that, the operation began in the region two months ago. A curfew was declared on December 14 last year. Although the operation ended on February 11, it was announced that the curfew will last for some more time.
