Russian colonel kills Azerbaijanis
On Saturday night last week a policeman fired at two persons at Lenin Street, Pervomayski district of Izhevsk city, Russia.
One of the victims died and the other was injured, AzVision.az reports citing Russian media.

They were shot by a deputy chief of the Expert-Criminology Centre of the Udmurt Republic`s Interior Ministry. But he was not on duty on that day.
Thus, a couple of persons made a noise at the entrance of a building. The policeman tries to calm them down, but ended up with a conflict. The persons who were making noise were Azerbaijanis. They were quarrelling between each other and then began to brawl. And the policeman shot them with traumatic gun IJ-78-9TM.

One of the Azerbaijanis died and the other was hospitalized.

According to the Russian Investigative Committee, a criminal case on article "Murder" has been launched at the Investigative Office in Udmurt Republic.
