It [repair work] is reflected in the document signed between Iran and Azerbaijan on construction of Khodafarin and Qizqalasi hydroelectric plants, according to the ambassador.
“From this point of view, this agreement is of historical and political importance. The two countries are intending to preserve these historical monuments as their common historical and cultural heritage,” the diplomat added.
