Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is located on the historical Silk Road and connects Europe with China, Minister of Transport, Maritime and Communication of Turkey Binali Y?ld?r?m told, APA reports.
According to him, Baku-Tbilisi-Kars is not only a joint project of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia, but also of Far East, Central Asia and Europe: “If we don’t complete this circle, the historical Silk Road will remain uncompleted. Undesired delays occurred in the project.
