The document was inked by Shahin Mustafayev, Azerbaijan’s economy minister, and Livia Leu, a delegate of the Federal Council for Trade Agreements at the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
The protocol also emphasizes that individuals and legal entities from both parties should respect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the two countries, the fundamental norms and principles of international law.
