According to him, it is necessary to gather together in order to discuss problem challenging the world.
“Dialogue, cooperation and exchange of ideas during this type of forums might help us find ways to solve problems and build confidence in multilateral cooperation,” he added.
O`Donnell said that such forums may help succeed in dealing with global challenges.
“We are beginning to understand the current situations cannot be solved otherwise. We may arrive at initiatives only by listening to one another and discussing,” he underlined.
