She said that during the EU high representative’s visit to Azerbaijan the sides expressed willingness to continue negotiations.
“We will continue preliminary negotiations. The European Union’s rule is that we should table this issue at the council of member states following preliminary investigations and seek the mandate required for beginning negotiations around a new bilateral format. That’s the procedure for all agreements,” Mard added.
