Meeting of Turkey-Azerbaijan High Level Strategic Cooperation Council kicks off in Ankara

The fifth meeting of the Turkey-Azerbaijan High Level Strategic Cooperation Council kicked off in Ankara on March 15.

Thought the fifth meeting of the Turkey-Azerbaijan High Level Strategic Cooperation Council was scheduled for March 15, Turkish president cancelled his visit to Azerbaijan after a terror attack in Ankara. Following this, Azerbaijani president put forward an initiative to hold the meeting in Ankara.
