The event was attended by 300 children aged 4 to 12.
The show program included national and foreign music, as well as Azerbaijan’s national dances.
Young athletes in national costumes performed national dances. Then, members of the experimental group of Ojag Sport club performed the ‘Cucelerim’ dance.
The audience enjoyed the brilliant performance by the participant of the upcoming Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Marina Durunda, with the hoop and ribbon.
The club members performed both national dances and showed gymnastics elements. The team choreographer Ruslan Eyvazov sang the famous song by Azerbaijani singer Yalchin Rzazade, “Yashayir insan”.
Following the event, a bonfire was lit for the children near the National Gymnastics Arena.
