Writing on Twitter, the singer said: "I love my fans in Brussels and at this time I am being advised to cancel my show for the safety of my fans, my band, crew and everyone involved with the tour."
The 45-year-old began her tour in Scotland last week.

She travels through Europe and South Africa in April and May followed by a gig in New Orleans in June.
Mariah had been scheduled to sing on Sunday at the Forest National arena near Brussels.
The venue itself has said that all other concerts will go ahead, with extra security, despite Tuesday`s attacks.
"Guests are asked to come early and not bring any luggage, backpacks or large handbags, to respond to any requests of security services and to stay alert," it said in a message on its website.
Veteran French rock singer Johnny Hallyday is going ahead with concerts on Saturday and Sunday in Brussels at the separate Palais 12, according to the venue.
