Train passing through Azerbaijan on Ukraine-China route unable to return
The container train moving on the route of Ukraine-Georgia-Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan-China is unable to return.
AzVision.az reports quoting "Ukrainskaya pravda" paper that this is due to the lack of passengers. “This process occurs at a time when so much attention is paid to that train.

Ukraine and some European countries were focused on this train. Favorable conditions were created for movement of the train. According to the documents signed earlier, the train passes through five countries without customs inspection”, reports the paper.

The container train comprising 20 cars and moving along Ukraine-Georgia-Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan-China route has departed from Illichivsk port in late January. As the train was expected to reach China for 11 or 12 days, it reached for 15,5 days.
