U.S. Department of State Deputy Spokesperson Jeff Rathke told journalists while answering a question whether the OSCE monitoring group could visit the Armenian helicopter crash site or not.
“We think that it’s a reminder of the need for all sides to redouble efforts on a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. I don’t have anything beyond that,” he noted.
