The most urgent challenge remains to reduce the level of violence at the line of contact of Armenian and Azerbaijani troops and along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, Günther Bächler, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the South Caucasus, told AzVision.az on March 30.
