Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov left for the Iranian city of Ramsar to take part in the 4th trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said on April 5.
