There is no agreement on holding monitoring on the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian armies, the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick told reporters in Baku on Wednesday.
He added that they are going to Khankendi on Thursday to meet with the de facto leadership.
