`Russia, Armenia oppose Turkey
Ankara regards any threat against Azerbaijan as a threat against itself, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu told reporters before leaving Finland on Friday.
Asked whether he thinks it is necessary to change the Minsk Group’s composition and what step Turkey can take in the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict Davutoglu said Turkey is a member of the OSCE Minsk Group, in fact, however, three co-chairs are involved in the process and other members are left out.

“The Armenian lobby is very powerful in these three countries. That is, there is imbalance,” he added.

Russia and Armenia oppose the participation in the process of Turkey and any other country, the PM noted.

“We have tried to urge Germany, the OSCE chair, to play a role in the process. All Minsk Group members must participate in this process. As for the latest clashes, we stand by Azerbaijan. Any threat aimed at Azerbaijan is a threat aimed at Turkey. Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and fate is our fate,” Davutoglu stressed.
