The Azerbaijani representation`s report to the 1096th Plenary Meeting of the Permanent Council of the OSCE held in Vienna proved the fact that Armenians tortured the dead bodies of Azerbaijani soldiers`, AzVision.az reports citing Report.
`The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) facilitated handover of the dead bodies of Azerbaijani soldiers from the Armenian side. The Military Prosecutor`s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and court medical examination revealed that the dead bodies were beaten with dull tools, their brain skulls were injured and bones were broken`, the report says.
The investigation is underway on these facts with reference to the relevant articles of the criminal law of the Azerbaijan Republic.
`Armenia is fully responsible for the provocation that led to the wide-scale military operations. The Armenian provocaction aimed to violate the peace process maintained by the OSCE Minsk Group`, the report reads.
