The operations were launched in 12 provinces of the country`s 34 provinces since Thursday morning, the ministry said in a statement.
About 41 militants of the Islamic State (IS) were among those killed and the joint security forces found and seized weapons, the statement noted.
Meanwhile, the security forces also destroyed a training camp of the IS militant group in eastern Nangarhar while demolishing another training camp of the Taliban militants in southern Kandahar province, it added.
The ministry also confirmed the loss of six army personnel during clashes and separate attacks across the country over the same period.
The Taliban militants have intensified their attacks across the country since Tuesday when they started their so-called annual spring offensive code name "Operation Omari."

Some 74 militants have been killed and 11 others wounded in military operations conducted by Afghan security forces within one day, the Defense Ministry said on Friday.
