He said the coalition comprises 137 NGOs. The bank accounts of eight of them were frozen.
“First, the arrest warrant against the bank accounts of five NGOs was lifted, and then the accounts of another three NGOs were unfrozen,” Nuriyev noted.
He added that most of the confiscated equipment was returned to the NGOs.
“Some of the documents will be returned soon. NGOs leaders will no face problem about leaving the country,” he said.

Azerbaijan has lifted the arrest warrant against the bank accounts of three more NGOs operating under the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), Alimammad Nuriyev, the president of the Constitution Research Foundation, told reporters on Tuesday.
