Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on approval of “The protocol on the exchange of military and civilian personnel for social and cultural purposes between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey”.
Azerbaijani Defense Ministry is to ensure implementation of provisions of the protocol and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is to notify the government of Turkey about completion of the internal procedures that are need for the protocol’s coming into force.
The protocol was signed in Ankara on March 15, 2016.
