State Secretary for European Affairs within the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, Harlem Désir, will arrive in Baku on April 26 to attend the 7th Global Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), the French Embassy in Baku told on Apr. 22.
He is expected to have some bilateral meetings.
