"The owner of the sim card is an earlier convicted Armenian citizen," the committee said. "Trotyl, explosives, detonator, different electrical equipment were found at this citizen`s house."
A bus exploded in Yerevan, Armenia, killing two and injuring eight people in the evening of April 25.
The explosion occurred in downtown Yerevan at the intersection of Halabyan and Arzumanyan streets and could be heard from miles away.
