Baku will host the 4th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue in 2017, Qian Tang, Assistant Director-General for Education of UNESCO said, addressing the UNAOC Group of Friends High Level Meeting held as part of the 7th UNAOC Global Forum in Baku Apr. 26.
“When we lose the youth, they join terrorists. Therefore, it’s necessary to achieve inclusiveness, and the youth must be given the opportunity to educate throughout the whole life,” he said.
